Most of the items in our inventory are one of a kind or available in small quantities, which means items can sell out quick! We try our best to keep our online inventory availability up to date, but please understand, since our inventory is displayed both in our retail store and also online, there's a chance an item you have selected has already been sold. We know it's disappointing when this happens (we hate it too!) but, we'll let you know and immediately refund your payment.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover - Credit or Debit. We process securely through Square both on online and in our retail store. At this time we can only ship to the address connected to the card used for payment so your Credit Card billing address and shipping address must match. (We will only ship to Lower 48 US states only.)
Payment error? ....Ughgh..Don't you hate that? If you are receiving one, more than likely it's a problem with the credit card information you've typed. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file or it says NOPE! Double check all of your information closely. Look for any typos and recheck those dates!
There may be times when we will need to contact you to verify your purchase. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order so please make sure the phone number you provide is correct so there are no delays in getting your order out.
We have a flat-rate shipping charge of $5.99 per order. We usually need 1 day to process and pack your order and then ship out the following day. (Orders placed Friday will ship Monday excluding Holidays) We ship packages during regular business hours Monday thru Friday by either US Postal Mail or UPS with tracking. This doesn't include weekends or Holidays so be sure to take this into consideration when estimating an arrival date. We know how excited you are to receive your purchase so if for some reason there is a delay we'll let you know!
Some of our larger items items cannot be shipped and will be marked "IN-STORE Pickup up ONLY" We normally need 1 business day to process your order. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your purchase is ready to go home with you! We ask that you pick up your order within a week. Normal pick up hours are Wed -Fri 10am to 6pm. Saturday until 2pm. If these times don't work for you contact us and we'll see if we can work out another time. We're limited on space so storage fees may apply for items not picked up unless other arrangements have been made.
If for some reason your package arrives damaged please keep all contents and packaging. Contact us immediately using the pop up contact form on our website for directions on how to proceed.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we will gladly issue "STORE CREDIT" for any unworn, unaltered, regular priced item that didn't work for you. Our tags must be attached. (Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return.)
Please contact us using the pop up contact form on our website. Include your original invoice# so we know to expect your returned package.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date your order leaves our store so please inspect your items as soon as they arrive! You will be responsible for returning all items in a secure, insured package. Please do not send items back with odors, pet hair or stains as we are not able to accept these back into our inventory and they will be rejected for store credit. Please include this RETURN FORM with your purchase so that we have all of your contact information. A tracking number is recommended as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit.
Once we receive your return we'll send you an email with a STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE that you can use immediatley. The STORE CREDIT amount will be for the purchase price and any applicable taxes. Sorry, unless the mistake was ours, shipping charges are not included in the store credit.

Although you can shop our online boutique website 24hrs a day, the humans behind this operation don't quite have that stamina! We have families, mounds of laundry :) and we need to sleep! haha!
