returns tagWe want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason it just didn't work out,  we've made returns for STORE CREDIT Easy-Peasy!  

1) - If you're mailing your return, Use our website contact form to let us know you'll be returning an item.  Package must be postmaked within 10 days of the date on your original purchase receipt.  If you are local, returns can also be made at our retail store during regular business hours.

2) - Return item in it's original condition , unworn, with tags attached.   Please include your purchase reciept with your return so that we have all of your contact information. Please use care that returned items have no odors, pet hair or stains as we are not able to accept these back into our inventory and they will be rejected for store credit.


3) - Once we process your return you'll receive an email with your STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE that you can use  immediately! (Purchase Price and taxes )   If the return is issued because of our mistake we'll even cover your shipping both ways! If you'd rather use your store credit in our retail store, please let us know and we'll keep it on file.


CLEARANCE / FINAL SALE ITEMS - Once an item is discounted it is considered FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted.   For hygienic reasons - All sales are final on earrings, hair accessories (including hats) and eye wear.
